I find it hard to believe that anyone seriously wanting to sell anything would spam a forum like this. Surely they don't think that by sticking their advert in every single post that will encourage someone to follow up on the crap they are selling?

It only makes sense if its a virus attack and the guy doing it is hoping someone will click on one of his links out of curiosity and get his computer infected. I have no intention of clicking on one to find out.
